Team building days for management team ministry of BPD
Recently we wrapped up the team building days with the management team of the ministry of BPD.
During those days we discussed many topics among others situational leadership, team collaboration, team values, the added value of each team member with the main goal to strengthen and align the management team while providing them with insights on their team dynamics. This way they will be able to deal with all their challenges in a more effective manner as a team.
Creating Milestones is very proud and grateful to have been invited to facilitate this process. The team building days have been graded with an average grade of 8.5 (out of 10).
