Leadership development trajectory-Phase 1 completed (senior management)

During a challenging change trajectory Transformation may take time, but ultimately it leads to change. Leadership development is a process, not a sprint!

After seven months we completed the first phase with this group of senior managers (some are missing in the pic). They rated this phase on average 8.0. 

I loved to be a witness of the process of the group. I am very proud on how they developed and have grown personally and as a team. 

Interpersonal strategic communication always starts with yourself. That is is the hard part. However, like I always say: 100 little steps make one gigantic❗️

And we have only just begun. So phase 2, here we come!
