Yesterday was such a fun evening. Thank you Claire Föllings for inviting me to facilitate an introductory workshop on leadership for a select group of young professionals of the Dutch Caribbean Accountants Association (DCAA).
An exciting challenge to make sure they stayed awake after their long workday. So it became a very interactive workshop in which they were able to experience leadership and self-awareness, emotional intelligence, become more aware on stress and their personal energizers through a lot of exercises.
Great to experience such nice, bubbly, ambitious professionals and talk to them afterwards during the happy hour at Montana Bierhuis!
