Leadership development trajectory Aruba-Senior management

It was such a pleasure to work with the senior management team from a renowned bank in Aruba 🇦🇼 during their leadership development trajectory🔆.

For months we discussed various elements of leadership during interactive sessions and practiced different tools e.g. generation management, influence, emotional intelligence, core values and non-verbal communication, which they applied for themselves and within their departments🌟✨.
