Leadership development trajectory Aruba-Senior management

It was such a pleasure to work with the senior management team from a renowned bank in Aruba ???????? during their leadership development trajectory????.

For months we discussed various elements of leadership during interactive sessions and practiced different tools e.g. generation management, influence, emotional intelligence, core values and non-verbal communication, which they applied for themselves and within their departments????✨.
