Free webinar Leadership and mental health (Papiamentu)

Creating Milestones organizes the webinar Leadership and Mental Health in collaboration with Optima Curacao.

 

We have observed in practice that the number of employees with (extreme) stress complaints or even burnouts has increased exponentially on our islands since the pandemic. This is a challenge within organizations worldwide, especially for managers and HR professionals.

 

This webinar provides more insight into the current situation on our islands from a health and safety and leadership perspective, how you can manage and possibly prevent this. In addition, we provide tips and tricks for managers on how to deal with these challenges.
