SLII Experience™ training-GSH Curaçao
Last week we finished our final leadership training in the leadership development and team development trajectory of GSH in Curaçao: The SLII Experience™. Such a powerful tool for any leader!
During this training the managers learned and practiced how to lead more effectively by applying different leadership styles based on the development level of their team members.
Besides the theory and various exercises, the managers and directors also received their LBAII™ report-Leader Behavior Analysis assessment- which gave them insight on their natural leadership style preferences and their effectiveness.
Once you realize that an organizational culture is for 70% determined by its leaders, the importance to learn and practice how to lead more effectively becomes so obvious.
