World Mental Health day
Last year Arthur Nivillac and Raily Wawoe of Optima Arbodienst Curaçao and Creating Milestones provided a free webinar named Leadership and mental health (in light of the pandemic). In this “full house” it turned out that mental health in general is still a taboo on our islands.
Participants could ask questions anonymously and we received so many. We didn’t even have the time to answer all of them.
Let’s keep creating awareness about mental health to make sure it becomes a topic we will feel comfortable discussing out in the open.
