Leadership development trajectory-Phase 1 completed (middle management)
Recently we finished up the first phase with this group of middle managers (a few are missing in the pic) of their leadership development trajectory.
The group and I are satisfied with the progress for now. Soon we will kick off phase 2. Looking forward for them to further develop their leadership skills and to be a witness of the group process! Let’s do this!
