Training “Leadership for beginners” TOP program Bonaire

It was great to be able to provide the training “Leadership for beginners” to participants of the Talent Development Program (TOP) on Bonaire!

A super fun group of young professionals with an enormous drive! Nice to have been part of their awareness process, to see how they actually dared to be vulnerable quite easily and how diverse the insights where that they have gained in the context of (personal) leadership. Because no matter how you look at it: leadership starts with yourself 😊.
