We are already halfway through the Management Development (MD) program that Creating Milestones provides for a part of the Public Prosecutor’s Office Curaçao. Through, among other things, various leadership training and intervision sessions, we work with the managers on their leadership skills:

✅ Leading the employees in their departments based on various situations, based on the development level of each employee. The pitfalls are also discussed in detail.

For each training an official assessment is made or a questionnaire is completed. All our leadership training courses are certified by world-renowned institutes. So quality guaranteed.
